Inside Nicole Kidman & Keith Urban’s 111 Acre Farm They Bought to Raise Their First Daughter

Over the years, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have created a stunning family. The couple shields their two girls from the spotlight, with the exception of the pictures they post of them on social media. The devoted parents moved to a 111-acre farm with their firstborn, yet they still own homes all over the world.

For their two daughters, Hollywood power couple Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman are just known as mom and dad, despite their remarkable careers in entertainment.

Nicole and Keith started looking for the ideal family home as soon as they were married, so it’s safe to say that their duties as parents are the most significant to the duo.

The couple concluded that Australia was the best country in which to raise their family, considering their future children. So that they could raise Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret Kidman Urban, they bought a lovely property there.

Nicole and Keith are particularly fond of Australia because it is the spot where they exchanged vows. After meeting in January 2005 and becoming engaged in November of the same year, they tied the knot on June 25, 2006. Nicole and Keith will celebrate turning eighteen years of marriage on June 25, 2024.

The couple, who call Australia home, thanked their supporters after the ceremony and told them they had returned home to celebrate their marriage with friends and family.

Nicole, who turns 57 today, June 20, said at the time that she was happy to have found her mate—the one who loves and looks out for her. The woman said, “We’re crazy about each other.”

The Australian actress seems to have it all and is in a fantastic position. She thinks she is making her way through life’s unique circumstances. She makes mistakes and trips over, but she gets back up and keeps trying.

She appreciates family values and has generally found herself. She makes an effort to live by a moral code that she believes in and with as much authenticity as possible. In their exquisite houses, she and her devoted husband foster the same ideals in Sunday and Faith.

A Look at the Couple’s Farmhouse

Soon after Nicole and Keith were married, they began making real estate investments together. 2008 was the year they bought their first family home, a 12,000-square-foot mansion in Nashville, and welcomed their first child together.

The reason the couple loves Nashville is that it gives them total solitude and everyone there knows each other extremely well. Still, that same year they secretly bought 111 acres on Australia’s Bunya Hill.

Though Nicole had never been surprised by her pregnancy, they decided to invest in the ideal Australian getaway the same week their daughter, Sunday, was born.

Nicole has an orchard from which she produces her own jams for friends and family. She also has cows and alpacas on the farm. Her response, when questioned about the benefits of living on a farm, was, “The simplicity, the air, and the peace.”

Their house is decorated in a variety of hues, from milk and white to darker tones. There’s a small entryway upon arrival, and the first corridor room leads to the pool table-equipped billiard room.

Their library is located across from the billiard room. The entire area is lined with wooden bookcases. Nicole put on her designer hat and used an American flag cushion to decorate the library chair, bringing her back to her own US.

Through the kitchen, Keith and Nicole’s living room is open to the dining room, which features a huge fireplace and an eight-seat wooden dining table.

Nicole and Keith have the ideal place to unwind: on their balcony outside their house. It was also where they used to store their kids’ strollers. To make traveling about the farm easier, there’s also a car.

There’s a wonderful little guest cottage behind the home. It has a kitchen that is much simpler than the rest of the house and a fireplace.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s First Child

Nicole had known since April 2005 that she wanted a child since she felt like her hormones were coursing through her body and her biological clock was racing away. Keith and Nicole welcomed their first child together, after a long wait, on July 7, 2008.

When Sunday was born into their family, Nicole was forty-one years old. An author claims that although the couple’s name was unusual and had not been heard of since the 1940s, it gave off a nice, peaceful, and sunny vibe.

After being seen in Nashville after Sunday’s birth, the couple’s lives swiftly returned to normal as Nicole put a lot of effort into getting back to her pre-baby shape.

Expanding Their Family

Nicole was unable to conceive when the couple sought to have a second child, so they used a surrogate, for whom she was incredibly grateful. She opened up about her struggle the second time around, saying that she and Keith were desperate and that she had always had fertility problems.

The actress was open to having another child even though she understood as she got older that she had reached a point where it would becoming tougher for her to conceive. Nicole had experienced loss, suffering, and disappointments while attempting to conceive.

But Sarah and Keith found a way, and on December 28, 2011, they welcomed Faith into their family as their second child. The grateful mother expressed how fortunate their family was.

Nicole continued to say that, despite the way Faith was brought into the world, the bond and unconditional love are the same between the birth of her first and her second child.

In a previous interview, her husband revealed that he had never experienced true love before meeting Nicole, and that after their daughters were born, their love only became stronger.

To elaborate on his feelings, he said that he is inspired by Nicole and that marrying her changed his life because he could not understand what had happened. Keith revealed of his wife and children, “We’re really a tight family.”

They go everywhere together and handle everything as a family. When the time came to move, they didn’t hesitate to pack up and head to Australia—the ideal location for them.

Regarding their hobbies, all members of the Kidman Urban family adore music. Faith plays the violin, while Sunday plays the piano and is interested in acting.

Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman do not, however, put any pressure on their kids to follow in their footsteps. But they will encourage their kids and provide them with all the support and inspiration they require.
