“Full House” Stars John Stamos & The Olsen Twins Are Still Family In Rare Pic

Many of the cast members of Full House moved on to new projects after the show’s eight-season run ended in 1995. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen went on to lead incredibly prosperous lives in the fashion and film industries. They notably distanced themselves from their Full House era and declined to take part in the 2016 revival of Full House.

John Stamos Was Upset Mary-Kate And Ashley Olsen Decided Not To Return For The Reboot

Unfortunately for viewers of the original series, Mary-Kate and Ashley, who appeared in 191 episodes as Michelle Tanner, choose not to be involved in Fuller House. John expressed his initial displeasure with their decision on the And That’s What You REALLY Missed podcast.

“I was upset for a moment after doing Fuller House because they didn’t want to come back,” John said. However, they declared, ‘We liked our childhood and we loved you guys.'” It was a pleasure to be with you. Bob is missed. They delivered sage and a pork chop to my house when they stopped by.

The women, who were eight years old when the show concluded, don’t seem to have been the appropriate fit for the project. They are 38 years old now and have branched out from performing. When they were teenagers, Mary-Kate and Ashley gave up performing to concentrate on their fashion careers. Since launching their clothing line, The Row, in 2004, they have cemented their status as style experts.

John Stamos recently shared a photo of himself with the adult Olsen twins on Instagram, saying that they are still close and that Full House was a family, despite what some people may think.

John Stamos captioned the photo, “That time the Olsen twins came to Studio 54 to see my performance as the M.C. in Cabaret.” “Watching a fully grown Michelle Tanner witness my complete transformation from their TV uncle was kind of surreal.” However, they understood, and we were both proud of how far we had all come.
