Gordon Ramsay and Wife Joyously Welcome Their Sixth Baby with Striking Resemblance to Dad

Gordon and Tana Ramsay have recently welcomed their sixth child. The couple opted not to make a formal announcement about the pregnancy. They had previously given subtle indications of their intention to expand their family.

The elated father couldn’t be happier, as the birth of their child coincided just a few days after he celebrated his 57th birthday on November 8, 2023. Gordon shared several photos on social media, capturing moments of him, his wife, and their newborn in the hospital. The images depicted the new mom engaging in skin-to-skin contact with the infant.

In one shot, Tana was captured beaming, cradling her child while gazing at the camera. At the same time, her renowned husband was photographed planting a kiss on their bundle of joy’s head. Gordon captioned his Instagram post with, “[…] Please welcome Jesse James Ramsay, 7lbs 10oz whopper!! […] 3 boys, 3 girls…. Done.”

Tana shared similar pictures on her Instagram account and conveyed the challenges and blessings the family experienced over the past few months, writing, “It’s been a nerve-wracking 9 months, but we’ve made it, and we have been blessed with this little bundle. Ramsay family definitely complete. Jesse James Ramsay, we love you so much.”

One of the couple’s older children, daughter Holly, also posted photos from the hospital capturing the family’s bonding moments with the newborn. She expressed her excitement about becoming a “big sister again,” with one snapshot showing her holding her younger brother, whose hair was prominently featured.

Another individual noted that the newborn has his father’s hair, writing, “He has his dad’s hair down.” “He is perfect, massive love,” wrote one fan alongside heart eyes and heart emojis.

Gordon & Tana Hinted at Expanding Their Family

Although Gordon and Tana did not formally announce their pregnancy, the family patriarch hinted at their desire to have another child in a September 2023 interview.

The restaurateur revealed, “Tana wants another one,” at the time. Gordon and the English TV broadcaster, who is 49 years old, were already parents to daughter Megan, 25, twins Jack and Holly, 23, daughter Matilda “Tilly,” 21, and son Oscar, 4.

Given that the couple is already in a later stage of their lives, Gordon jokingly remarked that one day, he would be attending school sports day with a walker. He humorously added that other kids might mistake him for being a grandfather rather than a father.

Furthermore, the television presenter elaborated that his wife desired another child because she didn’t want their son Oscar to grow up alone. Tana, on the other hand, expressed that having a large family had always been her aspiration, given that both she and the father of her children each have three siblings. “So, it’s sort of second nature to me,” she said.

Meanwhile, her husband shared insights into the dynamics of their household, disclosing that their kids have turned him into a “softie.” In another interview in September 2023, Gordon admitted that the couple’s children have brought “the most emotion out of me.”

He found it amusing because people assume he is the same foul-mouthed, harsh critic at home as his on-screen persona, which is untrue, as Tana is the “super fierce” one.
