Billy Ray Cyrus horrifying audio recording of argument with Firerose emerges – the singer finally responds

It’s no news that Billy Ray Cyrus and Firerose are having a difficult time getting a divorce. Things appear to be becoming more complicated as the legal struggle continues. Audiences were stunned to hear the vocalist on a newly discovered audio recording.

Billy Ray Cyrus was made public with an audio tape in which he calls his daughter Miley Cyrus the “devil.” Daily Mail acquired access to the leaked tape and covered what they heard. Firerose is purportedly heard saying to the singer, “I don’t think you’re real smart, I’ve changed my mind on that st.” I believe you to be an egotistical fing b*ch. You are that, after all.

When Firerose begs him to stop yelling, Cyrus responds, “If you had just shut your f**king mouth, this would not be happening.”

The Daily Mail quotes him as saying, “Look what a f**king mess you’ve made.” How foolish you are, since you must understand that I won’t put up with such kind of behavior.

Billy is heard speaking about himself in the third person on a different recording. “Everyone knows that devil’s a sk*nk,” he says, referring to his daughter Miley Cyrus.

After being married to Firerose for less than a year, Billy Ray filed for divorce in May of this year. The couple cited “irreconcilable differences” and “inappropriate marital conduct” as the reasons for their divorce. The musician stated that “consent to Marriage was obtained by Fraud” in reference to his grounds for annulment.

Firerose made public accusations of domestic abuse against the 62-year-old country artist following the filing of the divorce. He responded to the allegation by accusing her of verbal, emotional, and physical assault.

After Cyrus revealed in court that Firerose had spent over $96,000 of his money after he filed for divorce, the judge decided during the divorce that Firerose had no right to “have access to and to make any additional charges” on his credit cards.

On October 10, 2023, the pair got married in Franklin, Tennessee. They became musical partners after meeting on Hannah Montana’s stage, and in August 2022 they were engaged.

Billy Ray’s lawyers, Rose Palermo and Jason Talley of Cheatham Palermo and Garret, now assert that the recording was leaked by his divorced wife.

In a statement, the attorneys said, “We would want to address Ms. Hodges’ recent press release on behalf of our client, Billy Ray Cyrus, since it appears to be a desperate attempt to extract money from Mr. Cyrus in advance of our court-ordered mediation that is set for next week. As we previously mentioned and published in June, we are sorry that Ms. Hodges decided to take this seven-month marriage to court and have left Mr. Cyrus with no choice except to correct the record once more. Prior to their 7-month marriage, Mr. Cyrus acknowledged in a court document that he had been increasingly verbally irate and upset with Ms. Hodges as he learned more and more of her real story reasons why she married him.

Regarding the tape that was leaked that portrays him negatively, his lawyers stated that this “is the person who made the recording without telling Mr. Cyrus that she was recording him”. She was, of course, purposefully being nice because she knew the recording was being made. It is incomprehensible to try and explain why Ms. Hodges pleaded to move back in with Mr. Cyrus and for him to give her an opportunity to “explain everything” after he filed to annul or dissolve their marriage, if that is indeed the person that she wants the public to believe following the release of her biased recording.

The statement continued, saying, “Ms. Hodges is regrettably trying to use her lawsuit as a publicity stunt for her own benefit and to damage our client’s established profession, as she threatened to do if he attempted to file for divorce, as Mr. Cyrus claimed in an earlier court filing. Ms. Hodges has now exhausted all of her options, but Mr. Cyrus still has a ton of evidence to show the court about the falsehoods she has been spreading during these proceedings.

Billy Ray offered his perspective on Instagram Stories as well. “Hell yeah, I was at my wit’s end,” he wrote. As each day passed, I became increasingly aware of what incorrect. He claimed that after they had exchanged vows, Firerose had begun telling him lies one by one.

“She was trying to take over my career, my life, and usurp the Cyrus name for her own gain,” he said as he concluded his testimony about his stories. I’ll see you in court.
