The actress shared a heartfelt statement on social media in September of last year, commemorating ten years of her partnership with McDaid. She earlier disclosed that she got to know him through the singer Ed Sheeran, who was a common acquaintance.

Cox shared several of their images together celebrating their ten years of dating, with Sheeran’s “Shape of You” playing in the background.

The Friends star celebrated her boyfriend’s 58th birthday on Instagram. She uploaded a couple of images of Johnny McDaid, her partner.

“Happy birthday to the man who can do most anything,” she wrote in the description of the carousel post featuring images of her man. I will always love you, J.

McDaid is seen showing off a fish in one of the photos, which may have inspired Cox to explain in the message, “ps. He threw it back 🐼.”
