Alongside this property, Diaz and her musician husband, Benji Madden, also own two other homes in Los Angeles, as well as a condominium in New York City.

Their Beverly Hills estate, which became the third addition to their LA portfolio, was purchased in January 2020 for an estimated $14.7 million.

Spanning nearly 10,000 square feet on 1.7 acres, the gated property features both a main house and a guesthouse, designed by ANR Signature Collection and represented by Compass agent Ginger Glass. The estate includes a total of seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms.

The main residence reflects the couple’s preference for elegant simplicity. It includes a motor court, three-car garage, and room for ten additional vehicles.

Inside, a dramatic double-height living room connects to landscaped gardens, with a grand fireplace as its focal point. The interiors are open and airy, using neutral tones and natural textures to emphasize the home’s rustic-contemporary charm. High ceilings with exposed beams and expansive windows offer garden views and maximize natural light.

The main level also features a formal dining room, an alfresco breakfast nook, and a chef’s kitchen outfitted with a central island, modern appliances, and marble counters with a coordinating backsplash.

Light-toned hardwood flooring adds warmth throughout the home. The upstairs primary suite includes its own fireplace, sitting area, and private balcony, plus dual bathrooms and walk-in closets.

Additional features include brass accents, a theater room with its own bath, and six guest bedrooms. Other highlights are a wine cellar, bar, library, and three fireplaces placed throughout the home.

The backyard is filled with native sycamores, adding to its serene and established feel. Outdoor amenities include a built-in kitchen, curved swimming pool with a spa, and a large fireplace—perfect for relaxing or entertaining in total privacy.

The couple moved into the estate not long after starting their family, marking a meaningful chapter in their relationship.

Cameron’s personal life has long fascinated fans, and her romance with Benji began in May 2014, introduced through Nicole Richie. Their connection grew quickly, leading to a proposal that December. “You have to be in the same place emotionally,” Diaz once said, reflecting on why this relationship felt different.
