Reality Star Chelsea Extends Apology to Megan Fox for Comparison Remarks

Love Is Blind season 6 star Chelsea Blackwell has taken responsibility for her comparison comments to Megan Fox, revealing that she reached out to the actress to apologize.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Blackwell, 31, shared that she contacted Fox, expressing her regrets, saying, “I did reach out to her [Fox], and I was like, ‘I’m so sorry I did this to you.’ I’m just waiting for Megan to respond.”

During the Netflix show, Blackwell mentioned to fellow contestant Jimmy Presnell, 28, that people often told her she resembled the Jennifer’s Body star, 37. Despite downplaying the resemblance on the show, Blackwell faced online criticism, prompting her to address the situation on TikTok and Instagram.

In her social media posts, Blackwell acknowledged the challenges of participating in a reality show, emphasizing the toll it took on her emotionally. She posted a video dancing to Led Zeppelin’s “Immigrant Song” with a caption that read, “Go on a show for love > get your butt dragged through the trenches.”

Meanwhile, Blackwell’s relationship with Presnell faced its share of challenges, but he defended her on Instagram after she confronted him for not kissing her enough in recent episodes. Presnell shared a photo of them kissing, joking about the proof, and praised Blackwell as an “amazing person” who loves deeply.

Episodes 1-9 of Love Is Blind season 6 are currently available on Netflix, with episode 10 scheduled for release next Wednesday.
