Riley Keough ‘Donated Her Eggs’ to John Travolta and Late Wife Kelly Preston for Their Son Benjamin, Court Documents Claim

A newly filed lawsuit has introduced an explosive allegation involving three Hollywood families. According to court documents referenced in the filing, actress Riley Keough — daughter of Lisa Marie Presley and granddaughter of Elvis Presley — allegedly donated her eggs to John Travolta and his late wife Kelly Preston, who then used them to conceive their youngest son, Benjamin Travolta.

The allegation marks one of the most surprising celebrity claims in recent years and has stirred widespread attention as additional details from the lawsuit continue to surface.

Travolta and Preston’s Family Story

John Travolta and Kelly Preston married in 1992 and went on to welcome three children:

  • Jett Travolta (1992–2009)

  • Ella Bleu Travolta (born 2000)

  • Benjamin Travolta (born 2010)

The family suffered a devastating loss in January 2009 when Jett passed away at age 16. A year later, in 2010, Kelly gave birth to Benjamin — a moment the couple described as healing, hopeful, and life-changing.

Kelly Preston later battled breast cancer privately before passing away on July 12, 2020, at age 57. Travolta has remained devoted to preserving her memory, regularly sharing tributes to his late wife.

Bombshell Claim: Riley Keough Allegedly Donated Eggs

In a lawsuit involving members of the Presley family, Birgitte Kruse, a former business associate of Priscilla Presley, claimed that Riley Keough was the biological mother of Benjamin Travolta — alleging that Kelly Preston used Keough’s donated eggs to conceive.

According to court documents cited in the filing:

  • Riley allegedly received $10,000–$20,000 and a Jaguar as part of the arrangement.

  • Kelly Preston was reportedly unable to bear her own children, prompting the couple to look for an egg donor.

  • Riley agreed to provide eggs after her mother Lisa Marie Presley had previously done the same.

  • Travolta and Preston allegedly declined Lisa Marie’s eggs because of her past struggles with substance use.

Kruse claims the egg donation took place privately, years before Benjamin’s birth, and was kept confidential within members of the Presley and Travolta families.

The Lawsuit Behind the Allegations

The claims arise from a lawsuit filed against Navarone Garcia, Lisa Marie Presley’s son, by former Presley business associates. According to the complaint, the Presley family became embroiled in internal conflict over estate matters following Lisa Marie’s death in January 2023.

The lawsuit alleges:

  • Michael Lockwood, father of Lisa Marie’s twins, told Kruse that Kelly Preston could not conceive naturally.

  • Travolta allegedly approached the Presleys in 2012 seeking egg donation options.

  • Lockwood further claimed the couple rejected Lisa Marie’s eggs, saying they did not want “eggs with heroin on them,” referencing her past addiction issues.

  • Riley Keough ultimately agreed to the donation, according to the filing.

  • Navarone Garcia became angry when he learned the allegation, claiming Riley’s involvement would affect his own public image and requesting a settlement, as stated in the lawsuit.

It is important to note that these allegations stem from ongoing civil litigation and have not been independently substantiated outside of court filings.

Priscilla Presley’s Attorneys Say Claims Are “Outrageous”

Priscilla Presley’s legal team responded forcefully to the allegations, blasting the claims as unethical and irrelevant to the lawsuit’s original subject matter. Her attorneys said:

  • The accusations represent a “shameful attempt” to pressure the Presley family.

  • The allegations have “absolutely nothing to do” with the legal dispute at hand.

  • The plaintiffs have repeatedly attempted to introduce inflammatory claims to gain leverage.

  • The Presley family intends to address the matter fully in court.

The attorneys described the accusations as intentionally harmful, calling them “outrageous” and “completely improper.”

A Story That Continues to Unfold

As the legal dispute progresses, the startling claims regarding Riley Keough, John Travolta, and Kelly Preston’s son Benjamin remain part of an ongoing civil lawsuit with no final determination. None of the parties implicated — including Riley Keough or John Travolta — have publicly commented on the allegations.

For now, these dramatic claims continue to circulate as court filings become public, leaving many questions unanswered as the case moves forward.
