At 69, Kevin Costner gets re-do to “look younger” after shock divorce, claims insider

You might be familiar with Costner’s love life and the events of 2023 (we’ve covered it extensively). In short, the Dances With Wolves star and Christine Baumgartner divorced last year after 19 years of marriage.

Christine is said to have initiated the divorce, while Costner was reportedly taken aback by her decision. This led to a legal battle, resulting in Costner being ordered to pay Baumgartner $63,209 a month in child support. This amount is significantly less than the $161,592 Christine had sought.

Following the divorce, the 69-year-old Costner became the subject of rumors linking him to various women, as he became one of Hollywood’s most eligible bachelors. Recently, there has been heavy speculation that he’s dating singer Jewel. The pair reportedly went on vacation together, and Jewel even mentioned Costner in an interview in April, describing him as “a great person.” She acknowledged the public’s intense fascination with their potential relationship.

While the world waits for an official statement about his love life, Radar Online claims that Costner has undergone a transformation since his split from Christine. According to The Globe, a source mentioned that Costner is now more concerned with his appearance, getting hair weaves and experimenting with other beauty treatments like Botox and spray tans to look younger.

The insider continued: “He used to be a wash-and-go guy, but now he spends hours getting ready and obsesses over his hair like crazy. His friends joke he’s looking like a scarecrow with the bleached fuzz on top of his head, but he doesn’t care, he thinks it looks great.”

Costner was recently seen with bleached blond hair and a noticeably fuller hairline at the Cannes Film Festival, where he premiered the first film in his new four-part Western saga, Horizon: An American Saga.
