Sutton Foster marked her 50th birthday on March 18 with a stunning makeup-free beach selfie that had fans and friends taking notice.

“Hello 50,” she wrote alongside the natural snap, which showed the actress and singer soaking up a colorful sunset with waves crashing behind her. Dressed in a cozy charcoal pullover and a delicate silver necklace, Foster looked effortlessly radiant. Her straight, shoulder-length hair was parted down the middle, completing her relaxed, beachy look.

While comments were disabled on the post, the love poured in through likes from stars like Ariana Grande and Mandy Moore.

2025 is already shaping up to be a standout year for the Tony Award winner. Foster recently landed the role of country legend Loretta Lynn in the upcoming Broadway musical adaptation of Coal Miner’s Daughter. She’s also been tapped to narrate a brand-new “Pippi Longstocking” audiobook series.

Her personal life is making headlines too. After finalizing her divorce from Ted Griffin in October 2024, Foster was quickly linked to longtime friend Hugh Jackman, 56. Jackman, who split from wife Deborra-Lee Furness in 2023 after nearly three decades of marriage, was spotted on a Santa Monica date night with Foster in January.
