Lee Brice’s Dog Charlee Finds Her Way Back Home After Being Lost for Two Weeks

Country star Lee Brice and his family are finally breathing again after an emotional two-week search for their beloved dog, Charlee. What began as a heartbreaking plea for help ended in relief, gratitude, and tears of joy.

Two weeks earlier, Brice shared devastating news with fans: their black Labrador, Charlee, had somehow slipped away from home and vanished.

“She’s not just a dog, she’s family,” Brice wrote, capturing the fear and helplessness that set in almost immediately.

The singer posted multiple photos of Charlee—riding in a truck, sitting in a field with his children, and close-up shots of her gentle face—in hopes someone might recognize her. But what made the situation even more urgent was another detail Brice revealed:

Charlee was pregnant.

Every passing day brought more worry.

“She’s pregnant, carrying those little pups, and every day that passes without her safe in our arms feels like a lifetime. We’ve searched every back road, called every shelter, and prayed harder than we ever have.”

Brice asked anyone in Middle Tennessee to stay alert, explaining that by now she could be anywhere in or around the Nashville area—from south of Franklin to west of Dickson and beyond.

His message struck a deep chord with fans:

“Charlee, if you’re out there, hang on, my pretty girl. Daddy’s coming for you… Any little clue could bring her home to her babies… and to us.”

A Hopeful Break in the Search

On Monday, January 19, Brice shared a glimmer of hope. Someone in Kingston Springs, Tennessee, believed they may have captured Charlee on their home security camera.

“Had a couple videos that could be her… she has no collar on,” Brice explained, adding that he planned to drive through the area himself.

The Moment Everyone Was Waiting For

The very next morning, January 20, Lee Brice delivered the news fans had been praying for:

Charlee was found.

In a video shared with followers, the sweet dog is seen resting safely on her bed at home. The reunion came with one painful discovery—during her time away, Charlee had broken one of her front legs.

Her leg was wrapped in a bandage, and Brice reassured fans that they are now focused on helping her fully recover.

Despite the injury, Charlee is finally where she belongs—surrounded by love, comfort, and the family that never stopped searching for her.
