Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton has shared heartbreaking news with fans, revealing that his beloved bulldog Roscoe has passed away after four days on life support.

A Heartfelt Goodbye

On Instagram, Hamilton explained that he had to make the most difficult decision of his life and say goodbye to Roscoe on Sunday, September 28, 2025. Roscoe had been battling health issues but continued to fight until the very end.

Hamilton wrote:
“After four days on life support, fighting with every bit of strength he had, I had to make the hardest decision of my life and say goodbye to Roscoe. He never stopped fighting, right until the very end.”

The seven-time world champion described Roscoe as an angel and a true friend, adding that bringing him into his life was “the best decision I ever made.”
